Scope and contribuition.

For the Teva project, we were asked to develop a web portal and a mobile APP that would serve as a communication bridge between pharmacies, stockists and the laboratory (client). A tool that was linked to the current CRM, but had to be more practical and user friendly, in order to appeal to their use of pharmacies, without relying on sales representative. A tool that allows the custom communication with pharmacies and provides data analytics to be worked by the customer. In turn, the customer offered advantageous opportunities for pharmacies and stockists as provided in the CRM.

In my role as a UX designer I categorized and comprehended diverse user segments, encompassing internal users, external users, and hierarchical stakeholders. This in-depth user analysis laid the foundation for a truly user-centric approach.

Subsequently, I embarked on crafting user journey and experience maps, providing a visual roadmap of the entire user interaction process. These maps played a pivotal role in identifying key touchpoints, uncovering pain points, and revealing opportunities for improvement.

Simultaneously, I actively engaged in sketching out user-friendly interface designs while also establishing comprehensive UX guidelines. These guidelines served as the blueprint for design consistency and user-friendliness, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive interface.

Furthermore, I assumed responsibility for shaping the visual aesthetics of the user interface, with a keen focus on not only meeting stringent usability standards but also captivating users visually.

Throughout the development phase, I closely monitored progress, providing guidance and feedback to the development team, thereby safeguarding the alignment of the final product with our UX design vision.

Moreover, I conducted quality tests, meticulously identifying and addressing usability issues to ensure a polished and user-friendly end product.

Result.

Currently, the project is in the process of transitioning to a new design, prompted by the client's rebranding efforts. We have seized this opportunity to readjust the platform's layout and enhance the functionality of some tools. This evolution underscores our commitment to delivering a user experience that not only meets but exceeds expectations.
