Scope and contribuition.

Mylan asked us to develop a web portal and a mobile APP that would serve as a communication bridge between pharmacies, stockists and the laboratory (client). Like other projects, the client was trying to appeal to their use on pharmacies, without relying on sales representative. A tool that allows the custom communication with pharmacies and provides data analytics to be worked by the customer. In turn, the customer offered advantageous opportunities for pharmacies and stockists as provided in the CRM. The project has changed it's name for Mylab, for compliance reasons.

In my role as a UX designer, I've played my part to our project's success. Initially, I categorized user types and discerned their unique needs, laying the foundation for a user-centric approach. Crafting user journey maps enhanced the overall experience by visualizing key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.

I established comprehensive UX guidelines to maintain design consistency and user-friendliness across the product. My involvement extended to shaping UI visuals, ensuring they met usability standards while captivating users visually.

Throughout development, I actively monitored progress, aligning the product with our UX vision. Rigorous quality testing identified and resolved usability issues, resulting in a polished, user-friendly end product. My multifaceted contributions have created a product that seamlessly harmonizes user needs, visual excellence, and ease of use, surpassing expectations.
